Welcome
Welcome to our summer camps! We are excited to partner with you to ensure your child has a safe, fun, and enriching experience with us. To help everything run smoothly, please take a few moments to review our essential program policies and daily procedures below.
Supply & Materials Fee Notice
Due Date: A supply and materials fee, indicated in the camp description and in our welcome email, is due on the first day of the program.
Policy: Please note that this fee must be paid on or before your child's first day. To ensure we have adequate resources for all activities, children will not be able to return to the program until this fee is paid in full.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Cash App ($PaYEANow), and PayPal (hsenrichmentactivities@gmail.com).
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
Drop-Off (Time: 9AM for morning camps and 1PM for afternoon camps): Please arrive no earlier than 9AM or 1PM. On the first day of camp, parents/guardians may bring their child directly to the classroom to check them in. After the 1st day, instructors will be ready to greet your child at the front of the building in the designated area.
Pick-Up (Time: 12PM for morning camps and 4PM for afternoon camps): Dismissal will take place at same designated area that you drop off. For your child’s safety, we will only release them to authorized adults listed on your enrollment forms. Please have a photo ID ready during the first week.
Late Pick-Up Policy
We understand that traffic and emergencies happen. However, our staff's time is valuable. We do grant a grace of 1 incident. After the 2nd incident, you will be charged a late fee and your child will not be able to return to the program until it is paid in full.
The late fee schedule is as follows: There is a late pick-up charge of $10.00 per 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes, the late pick-up charge is $20.00. Habitual lateness may result in the termination of your child/ren from our programs.
Behavior & Community Expectations
We strive to create a positive, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.
We encourage kindness, active participation, and respect for peers and staff.
In the event of persistent disruptive behavior, we utilize positive redirection. We will contact you directly to create a supportive action plan together. Habitual incidents may result in the termination of your child/ren from our programs.
