About the Course
Young bakers will learn the fundamentals of baking – from reading and following recipes to measuring out ingredients. Bakers will practice their skills by baking: cinnamon rolls, banana bread, pop tarts, coffee cake, and muffins. Each baker will take home a personal box of their baked goods, aprons, recipe books and mini baking kit.
Young bakers will discover the importance of reading and following recipes, which will help them understand the precise steps and techniques that are crucial for successful baking. In addition to recipe comprehension, bakers will gain hands-on experience in measuring out ingredients accurately, learning how the right proportions of flour, sugar, and other components can significantly impact the final product. As part of their practical training, the young bakers will have the opportunity to practice their newfound skills by baking a variety of delightful treats. At the end of this fulfilling baking adventure, each young baker will take home a personal box filled with their freshly baked goods, allowing them to share their creations with family and friends. To further enhance their baking journey, they will receive stylish aprons to wear during their sessions, ensuring they stay clean while having fun. Each participant will also be gifted a recipe book containing all the recipes they learned during the program, serving as a valuable resource for future baking endeavors. Additionally, a mini baking kit will be included, equipped with essential tools and utensils to encourage their continued exploration of the wonderful world of baking at home.
